SmartView2.0 H6500

Hi
is anyone have any problem with the smart view 2.0 on h series h6500
I have the following problem:
When i try to connect my tablet galaxy note 10.1" 2014 with my tv 48H6500 via smart view 2.0 2-3 seconds after the connection was established, the image on the tablet freeze and after that the tv restart. This is occurred every time i try to connect the 2 devices, also the same is happening when i try to connect my laptop (windows 8.1) with the tv also via smartview2.0

I understand and agree it's likely that you get better support here, but such question should be asked directly to Samsung support
It looks like exeDSP crash, but no idea what's going on...

I have already contact samsung but they dont solve it yet, What they do is just a remote connection and a self diagnosis, i dont think that they have better knowledge than samygo community . One of them (samsung support) told me that without internet smartview is not working

firstly and more basic Is to understand if there is someone can be connected with the tv h6500 via smartview2.0 just to understand if there is a general problem with h-series or is a problem only on my TV

I have also been trying to connect my samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1" to my h series 6300 with no luck.
I tried samsung and they couldnt help. As I bought the tv at costco I will try their concierge service next for tech support.
ill post a result if it works. Right now when I try the tv turns off and my tablet gets stuck in a loop.
