Post by dritangr »

Hi
is anyone have any problem with the smart view 2.0 on h series h6500
I have the following problem:
When i try to connect my tablet galaxy note 10.1" 2014 with my tv 48H6500 via smart view 2.0 2-3 seconds after the connection was established, the image on the tablet freeze and after that the tv restart. This is occurred every time i try to connect the 2 devices, also the same is happening when i try to connect my laptop (windows 8.1) with the tv also via smartview2.0

any help...

thank you

I understand and agree it's likely that you get better support here, but such question should be asked directly to Samsung support :)
It looks like exeDSP crash, but no idea what's going on...
I do NOT receive any PM. Please use forum.

I have already contact samsung but they dont solve it yet, What they do is just a remote connection and a self diagnosis, i dont think that they have better knowledge than samygo community :). One of them (samsung support) told me that without internet smartview is not working :)

firstly and more basic Is to understand if there is someone can be connected with the tv h6500 via smartview2.0 just to understand if there is a general problem with h-series or is a problem only on my TV

thank you

I have also been trying to connect my samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1" to my h series 6300 with no luck.
I tried samsung and they couldnt help. As I bought the tv at costco I will try their concierge service next for tech support.
ill post a result if it works. Right now when I try the tv turns off and my tablet gets stuck in a loop.
cheers
