hello

This method very simply and you don't need buy a service remote for money.

2 methode
1. with android mobile device or
2. PC and IR extender and Wav to IR files

UE48H8000 ----> UE48H8090 GFPDEUC 1270.3 ------> 1322 -----> back to 1270 and working well (1322 not good tv to slow and hangs) (rooted)

just a question... how you have configured your phone?
It's a galaxy s4, isn't it?

is there a way to do this with galaxy s3 (no ir) and original samsung ir blaster?

Yes, a Galaxy S4 with ir port. I guess it is possible with your S3 and ir extender.
Just try to play the audiofile for "factory" with the ir extender plugged in.

The remote sequence must be inputted fast. I used the regular Samsung remote to enter the keys, not the smart remote and success.
