Otherwise boundaries remain the same for "old-Skype" and "new-Skype".

Downgraded with your libFirmwareDowngrade to 1024.1 which is around November 2014 and can't get this metod to work.
I would stay on wifi root method but need LAN working and unfortunatlly libSwich to lan wasn't working on 1041....

And? Does libNetSwitch work now?
Otherwise you might try earlier fw, "December 2014" deadline is approximative since we don't know all models/fw exact versions where Skype hole was filled, and T-NT14 was amongst the first ones IIRC.

Well, I never tried libNetSwitch on 1024 as after downgrading from 1041 root wasn't working.

Tell you what I did, first wiped everything from service menu using factory reset then blocked OTN and setup everything as new. Tried skype refueled root which apparently doesn't work.
Factory reset again and tried skype replacement from mihd. Wasn't working either :/

Another factory reset from service menu and set up everything with network root. Thats working fantastic except network spped. Cant get my 1080p working without hiccups when on wifi.

Then I said fuc* this it's too late and wanted to leave it till tomorrow but I wanted try one more thing. If it will start after hard power off. So removed plug from socket and this killed my tely :] got no idea what's going on but it's freezing and lagging on start.

I'm in work now so will come back to it in next 8 hours.

Gonna do another factory reset from service menu and then try mihd skype replacement root as he updated it tonight.

Wife's getting really pissed :P

Out of all the problems described, the wife sounds like the most serous issue that needs addressed. Let me know if you find any suitable patches. :P

I wish I could find some patches for wife ;]

I do NOT understand something here. In this post sectroyer redirecting us to normal skype root method and in the other thread states that this method requires Skype running and lodged. How will I get skype running if all I did was copy 3 zips to InstallSamyGO-H/data/ directory ?

Will it work?

This root contains the necessary exploit that causes it to get loaded the same way it did when Skype was on the TV. So, no skype is needed on the TV, but the root works like the old Skype-root did (which doesn't work anymore - hence the diffence in threads).

If we had enough feedback, we could specify which exact version for each fw, but that's not the case, hence "dec.2014" :)
If I believe date and number of available fw links given there (check spoiler at the bottom), should work at least up to 1190 for you.
