The TV freezes for any command after a few seconds after "boot".
This might be a known issue, so I thought I provide a log after I opened the menu and tried to set a few settings (they were reset yesterday after I cut power and powered it again to fast.)

yeah for instance your TV model :) Firmware version, etc. :)
I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)

The weird thing is, that just now it didn't freeze while I was in the settings menu.
I had to cut power again because it hang. After about an hour I powered it again.
It might be important that the HDMI signal was already there (I didn't shut down my android device and AV Receiver).

Anynet (CEC) is enabled, I use it with my AV Receiver.
I also think that ScreenMirroring/WiDi/Miracast (last two names are the official technology names) might work now because the menu didn't freeze. But I don't want to risk it.

Nope, TV is frozen.
After I opened the "tools" menu 2 times (exited them with "exit"), the TV does not react anymore to any command.
No reaction to anything except volume change (because of CEC my AV Receiver reacts to it).
I tried that two times (power cut, wait about 30 seconds, powered the TV again and test).

edit: telnet does not work anymore (without usb I guess), but this should be expected.

well it's strange. I think you might try upgrading to some newer version. For example T-MST14DEUC-1033.0 is pretty stable :) Just remember to disable OTN Support ASAP after update :)

OK, I have to find a place where I can download this firmware-version.

The good thing is that my router blocks internet for my TV. So any unwanted update cannot happen and I have enough time to make any changes.

edit: I have looked around... no idea where I can get this firmware-version. :(

I guess you will face also another issue: how can you upgrade from USB if TV crashes after boot ?
Your only chance is to activate OTN and free internet access to TV and wait that upgrade is done silently from Samsung while the TV is OFF.
AVOID TO PUBLISH AND DISCLOSE SAMYGO PROJECTS ON OTHER FORUM.

Yes but no :)
Not only latest MST14DEUC is non-rootable, but even if upgrade is "silent", TV goes ON though so will surely crash too in such state.
Better try some factory reset / smarthub reset (or region change twice), then see if it still crashes, and then if it's possible to find and install ANY fw version till 2130.0 (latest rootable) through USB.

That is not a problem.
I have done a factory reset before and the TV acted normal after that. (No Skype after a factory reset.)
It only happens if I root the TV.

I still don't know, where I get the firmware...
Many sites are refering to mobile phone firmware, not TV.
I gave up the search for now and will look again into it if I am really annoyed of this issue.
