H5570 Bluetooth and Soundbar

Hey Guys!
I got the H5570 without bluetooth function here.
In the next days i am going to buy a cheap soundbar for nice sound. But soundbars with HDMI cost more than normal without HDMI and just Bluetooth.
Is it possible if I attach a specific Bluetooth Adapter in my TV? Or can I buy a Bluetooth "Chip"(don't know how the name is) from Devices with supported Bluetooth and can upgrade my TV + change the corresponding Values in the ServiceMenu?
