Why this app?

If your problem is "TV boot time": libSoftPowerOff allows to instantly boot, otherwise other rooting method is a bit faster to boot.
But if I understand correctly, that's not the matter: you have descrambling issues.
We don't provide libOscam, so it's not to us to provide support for it, simple as that. Understandable, no?

Yes your firmware is much too recent, you'd need to downgrade first. No idea to which version though, not enough feedback about NT14.

The problem was due to the server. The root works perfectly on this firmware. There was no need to downgrade it to make it the root via Skype. Thanks for your help

So you use Skype root in T-NT14UDEUC-1041.0 firmware? How time start oscam after start TV ?
