Thanks all!!

Regards from Spain
OTN was in "Engineering Option"? You had to enable extended service menu for this? Also you din't have OTN support anywhere else (without enabling extended service menu)? Sorry for all this questions but I don't have this option (didn't try enabling extended service menu) and OTN Support was in Control :D
I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)
If you want me to help you please paste FULL log(s) to "spoiler"/"code" bbcodes or provide link(s) to pasted file(s) on https://pastebin.com Otherwise "NO HELP"!!!
If you want root DISABLE internet access to your device!!!!
DO NOT EVER INSTALL FIRMWARE UPGRADE !!!!

Hello Sectroyer. No problem about your questions

I had to enable service menu for this, becuause MRT OPTION appears only when I enable extended service menu.

Thanks again

Hi I have my ue55h6620 now for two days and I try to disable OTN as read here but I do not get the service menue and in that case also the extended service men? open.

Dummy quest but as I have onle remote controle - which buttons need to be used (tried wiki)

Or do I need external remote like mobile etc.?

Disable updates in normal menu and on your router block traffic to these addresses:

Code: Select all

msecnd.net
samsungotn.net
www.samsungotn.net
test.samsungotn.net
