I've already tried to reset the SmartHub itself. But the problem is, that the SmartHub now automatically starts up when I turn on the tv and this in turn crashes the tv every time I try to turn in on. I can no longer get into the main menu, change programs or do anything since the SmartHub crashes the tv instantaneously after powering up the device.
Is there any way to somehow force a reset device without having to go into the menus? Has anyone encountered such an issue before?
my tv isn't rooted either, fully stock and under warrenty from knowhow.
I called them and they gave me a number for samsung some 0330 (726 7864) number.
I opened the TV, remove wifi module and solved using ethernet port
