Panel Type and Front colour settings for UA60H7000

Hi

Seeking the default panel settings for a UA60H7000, It has the SHARP Panel in it

I believe i have mistakenly changed them whilst trying to navigate the menus

They are presently set to
TYPE: 60H2UF7EH
MFT option, the front colour is set to: U-M-V-7K

Also, under sound, what is your delay set to? i have a lip sync issue on FTA i wouldnt mind tuning up
