Set audio out at its maximum level. If still doesn't work, use another device to play wav

not a laptop, unfortunately, and my PCs are too many far from TV.
I'm afraid IR Receiver is broken.
Is there any set up to configure the IR extended cable?

ps: if you don't already know it:
INFO+FACTORY from TV on
equals to
INFO+MENU+MUTE+POWER from TV off, then FACTORY+3SPEED

Re: tips and tricks to expand functionality via service men?
wait.
I've read that for service men? i've only turn on tv and press info info_factory_inv.wav by mac with ir cable extender (like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1MzmOrrJoHY).
Is it correct?
Now can i try this, too:
Turn on TV with INFO+MENU+MUTE+POWER from TV off on traditional remote, and then press factory+3speed.wav from mac?

Yes, both cases produce the same result -> access to extended service menu.
But if INFO+FACTORY.wav doesn't work I guess FACTORY+3SPEED.wav won't work better, problem doesn't come from waves.
