Is there now anything else I could install, a better media player perhaps, one that might allow even deleting of media etc?

I need samba help, I followed the intructions here https://forum.samygo.tv/viewtopic.php?f=75&t=10919 to root my tv. All messages were OK, tried few times restoreSMG to be sure but mnt directory is still empty If i didn't understand wrong from other posts in the topic, the mnt directory must not be empty.
