Hey all,
Really hoping someone help with this.
Got my UE40H6400 Smart Tv on Tuesday and have been though the ringer with it ever since.
I have factory reset the tv just to get Netflix to work.
The issue I can't seem to fix is when trying to download new apps I get the error Failed to download. 3010.
I also can select any icon from the smart hub quick launch bar that appears at the bottom of the screen,
As I said, I have factory reset it using the tools/info/mute/power options and upgraded the firmware to 2604 via USB key, reset SmartHub several times.
I have spoken to Samsung support who told me to reset smart hub and leave it for an hour, then they told me to return the tv.
I am now here with the new tv and done the exact same process above with the same issue still there.
The self diagnosis fails at app test and says I need to update the tv.
I am thinking its my internet connection is blocking a port or something but cant figure it out.
Hope someone can help
Thanks
john

Just on the Smart Hub connection test the message is
"Unable to launch apps. You need to update your TV software. If the problem continues, please contact the Samsung Service Centre.(Err08007)"

Still no joy, guy one the SamsungD forums suggested leaving the smart hub open for 30 mins as the 3010 error suggests its still trying to install/update something and that's stopping the new app download.
After that its to be serviced

I was also facing the exact same issue while downloading apps on my Samsung Smart TV. Thankfully the following article helped me resolve this issue:

Hope it helps.
