APP reinstall

Hello,

i noticed something and not sure if it is "normal".
I reset my TV and everytime i Started the TV and quickly go into smart hub i can see that some apps (alwas the same) gets reinstalled..
so the apps where there, not deleted and when i go in the smart hub i can see the blue indicator which runs from left to right..

is that normal?
