i mean lasered types on chip. For example you have to post info like on your last photo:

this "m" on IC7206 and 3104 seems to be a Logo, not really a "m"

Isn`t here any 8-pin chip, labeled AT24C256B or similar?

s24cS08A is a Eeprom.

This could be right chip. But i`m still in doubts if it is enough capacity for SoC eeprom. Take a try...

tried 7004. if they are all pinned the same way, nothing happened. still black
