Don't stay with that issue if you need working CEC anyway, you're allowed to upgrade (once !!) ;)

Just wanted to ask to be sure root will also be possible with 1480. So thanks for your answer.
Now i upgraded once. (Disabled it again via DNS)
Seems HDMI CEC is working as it should.
And waiting for the great root day. ;)
