hello I have a serious prb with my TV smart UE48JU6000KXXC since a week I have no picture and the screen is dark after it asks me a usb key but when I put the key or I extracted this version T-HKM6DEUC it detects the key opens the folder but does not see the update file please help me

Honestly speaking understand nothing... screen is black with usb key or without? When it started to be black? What did you do before? Etc...

without the usb key it shows black the problem occurred following a usb key that my son connected to the top and it displayed more the menu and, the volume and other when you press a key the LED light blinks but nothing shows the so I made a factory reset and it is from that moment that the screen is dark and afterwards it asks you to plug a usb key

I have UE55JU6872 Samsung TV with T-HKMDEUC-1530.1 firmware. Is it possible to downgrade?

i will samsung j serie (see signature) upgraden in the new version, is this work and oscam with samy go? and now work with new version? is this bad when my tv updatet in the new version?
