There is a camera(Logitech C920) which incorporates h264 v.fast internal h264 encoding
It isn't cheap but quality is really good. Also it is UVC standarized so linux drivers are just there.
It should work out of the box if we compile driver for samsung.

I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)
