remotely reading powermode/powerconsumption?

Post by schaschix »

Hi,

I use the Remote Control CLI to put my TV in
power saving mode.
(./rcsamy-arm 192.168.178.5 KEY_ESAVING from
viewtopic.php?f=12&t=5794 )
remotely from my Rasspi.

Now I want to check wich Powermode is active
without sitting in front of TV...
can I read somehow by upnp or telnet the powermode or consumption in
some statefile, sys or proc?
Any ideas?

regards

Hi juuso,

that's not the thing I want.
I want to login/readXml the consumption/mode if
my tv is on.
So, to see/read which mode is active...aftera "./rcsamy-arm 192.168.178.5 KEY_ESAVING"...
(to change it automaitcly in the evening!)

(
btw
the TV is pingable in some intervals even if power is OFF... ;-)
this check-script is running and logged too for some devices(tv and Gsm/tel) on my raspi...
)

So any ideas?
Not possible to read the power-state or systeminfos?
