REBOOT AFTER 5 MINUTES

Post by Diego962 »

Hi.
I have Samsung UE46C7000 and it's have above five years. Few days ago tv started to turn off after every 5 minutes and then turn on again. I read few similar topics and it's internet connection fault. When I disconnect ethernet cable everything works great, except internet :D INTERNET@TV doesn't work, displays that there is no connection but in menu I did network test and everything is fine. I cannot also enter in options in INTERNET@TV. I turned off also watchdog but it didn't help. Can anybody help me? Please. ;)
My firmware: T-VALDEUC-3018.1.

I have LE40C750 and after more then five years I have the same issue :( All symptoms are the same, reboot after 5 minutes when ethernet cable is in, 3018.1, internet@tv not working, saying check internet connection, but in menu I did network test and everything is fine. Changed internet@tv region, watchdog = off, nothing helped.

I had same issue, this started to happne when I installed some user developer apps (plex, youtube etc.).

Solution, that worked for me:
1. Turn off the tv
2. Remove LAN cable
3. Start TV
4. Enter Internet@TV, now it works - when LAN cable is disconnected
5. Enter Settings and delete user developed app or apps that you think it causes trouble
6. Turn off the TV
7. Connect LAN cable
8. Power on the TV

Internet@TV shuld work now and no reboots.
