Problem to install apps

Hi,
I tried as read on many forums to install apps on my j-series.
Usb formated in 32bit, userwidget folder created with the app on .zip inside.

But when I go to the smarthub and plug the usb key, it just ask to open the usb, never beginn to install automaticly. And if I try to open usb folder I can't see the .zip.

What do I wrong ? Thanks for helping !
