Samsung UE48JU6400 screen uniformity

Hi everyone, just got a Samsung UE48JU6400 and want your opinions on the screen uniformity if that would be okay? Here is a Link to the photos:

Looks like normal clouding for an edge LED, even quite good. Anyway you never watch "all white" movies, do you? :)

Hi thanks for your reply. It's not an edge lit model but I take your point about the all white movies lol. The top corners appear quite dark - I think I might be a bit obsessed about screen uniformity...

Right, it's obviously a "direct LED" and not an edge LED, but it's "as if" as long as it's not a FULL LED (or OLED !). It remains "spreaded" backlight, and means clouding (at the middle instead of corners :) )
See how thermal image (from UE55JU6410) looks similar to your "plain" white.

I get your point :) , I know full array LED backlighting would be more expensive but surely not that much more - and this year Samsung/Panasonic seem to be going ever more away from it. I just don't get it, time to start saving for an OLED!
