Installing Legacy Web App (seyirturk)

Post by mehmethan »

Hi,

i want to install seyirturk after i rooted the TV.
I have the Files from http://seyirturk.com/yeni/?q=tr/download and i attached a screenshot.

I don't want to do all the stuff to downgrade firmware or install SDK's or third party apps.
I could copy the folder into the app folder and it may work.

Where would i need to copy the directory?

I see it have .swf file (flash) and Tizen TV does not support flash. So I think it's impossible, unless you find a way to make it work without flash or somehow add flash support in TV

İ know that too. That's not a reason that it wouldnt work. The TVs can be compatible with old Web Apps and that is the case. I think with copying the files into the correct app directory wont help as a installation does also different stuff like registering the app into a DB or something, but it seems that no one cares to share some detailed knowledge but posting annoying trash (@bugficks). I guess i will need to downgrade and install with USB. My rooted orsay just has the files in some specific directory where the apps are contained, i hoped it would be working with this one too. Root brings you ultimate rights but still it feels like you cant do simple things.

Proof and different methods to install seyirturk (great IPTv App) on any J-Series.

I just needed a workaround to prevent an firmware downgrade.
