Cheers up mates,
I am not sure why but I found I cant login into Samsung account from menu the text Samsung Account in menu os top dark and when I click on this item it appear text "Function is not available", also when I open Smart Hub and install games which require Samsung account I cant play them. Even I tried many times installed more games which require Samsung account and refresh Smart Hub settings, also in service menu Factory settings two times but within effect. Can you help me ? It is 2015 model J-serie for European market (Czech republic)
