Great you have no menu key ("house"=home), looks Samsung assumed "sports" was more essential :)
Soon they will make one key remote:

I didn't mean you had to use sports key instead, you NEED menu key. :)
So unless you get another RC with MENU key (or anything - e.g. phone - sending right IR code), I'm afraid it can only be a dead end.

Another way to access service menu is to send INFO+FACTORY keys from TV ON. Since you miss a key anyway, maybe better focus on FACTORY rather than menu. Check wiki for possible how-to's.

Ah yeah you're surely right, but to be able to read "settings" on RC photo above, you need to own RC imho...

Thanks for your help, I tried with another controller, smartphone S4, and with settings sequence below red button and still not appear the service menu, I still hope to find the manual training.

The one key remote is in development. How did you know? Are you under an NDA?

Hello,

I have a brand new 49KU6400. I tried the same buttons zeolechat and the hidden menu appeared rapidly and diseappered...
This combination should work for people who don't have the "right" remote.

EDIT : Just for information, I have not found any parameter to add my bluetooth headset. Bluetooth is enabled by default but is only working with Samsung soundbars ?...
