You need to use magic wand. Or check for magic in samygo wiki.

Did you found how to enter Extended Service Menu on wiki? Just apply is the same for J & K series

turn off the TV , then press : info-menu-mute-power.
On my TV service menu was opened , but it would appear an extended service menu had to use a function : info-factory

I have a truble with my Samsung Smart TV UE49KU6400. What can I do/do you recommend me if my TV won?t to download Terms and Condictions page? This step is very importante in order to access to online contentes/Samsung apps and others things witch requires a internet connection.
