K series country of viewing

I have just purchased a new K series TV model UE55KU6000K
As I live in France I brought it there however I watch UK TV and would like to use UK hub settings.
I have successfully changed the default country for the catch up tv to the UK by using the methods described elsewhere on this forum. I have ITV hub and BBC I player etc. I also have a VPN running set to the UK. However during the Hub setup there is a screen with the question In which country will you be viewing TV which is set to France without any other options. As the ITV hub and BBC i player both come back with the same message that there is something wrong and cannot work, then I assume it to be this country setting?
Is there a way of changing this country setting? and if so how.
