My UE50KU6075 stuck at startup

My 4K tv stuck at startup with the following message: "Please make sure that your One Connect is connected to your TV". I do not have One Connect box. Can anyone please help me? Thanks in advanced Nikos

Whats the code to Service Menu? I have tried with: INFO - MENU - MUTE - POWER but still the same result

I think your tv is covered by warranty. Call them. Here we do not know how to help you. Sorry.

Hi,
I have the same tv which main board is defective, I changed it with UE55KU6075 it works but the colors are missing. i gone to service manual and changed the panel type to my panel type ( my 50" ) different than the one were in the mainboard (55"), did not helped what more parameters should i change in service menu to adopt this 55" main board to my 50" panel?
