I have a K-series Samsung with a Samsung Soundbar, connected via HDMI-ARC. Sound volume control via TV remote works nicely, but I have one annoying problem:
The soundbar always starts with volume 20 after it is powered on via the TV/HDMI. Which is way too low for my room, I have to increase it to 30 then via the remote. Every time I switch it on.
Now I wonder if there is not any way to pre-set the default switch-on audio volume. I have access to the advanced service menu and already looked carefully through it. I cannot see anything obvious like "sound volume default". Is there something? Is there a solution?
Is there somewhere a good description of the service menu options and what they mean???
Initial switch-on sound volume

You can ask what it means: https://forum.samygo.tv/viewtopic.php?f=94&t=11504

Re: Initial switch-on sound volume
Hey, I have the same issue. Did you ever figure out how to change the default volume?
Re: Initial switch-on sound volume
No, unfortunately not. There seems to be no way with the original rom. Maybe once it is hacked (which has not happened yet afaik).
