Hello,
I have been given a faulty UE50KU6000KXZF (French series).
The behaviour was that the "Smart TV" logo was displayed at startup but black screen after.
I tried to go to service menu, and made a "factory reset".
After that, it did not solve the issue, and moreover, I cannot enter Service Menu anymore, the smart Tv logo is still displayed at startup.
Any idea welcome,

Reset EEPROM.

I managed to proceed to Reset eeprom, as a result the logo "SMART TV" is displayed upside down, which lets me think that the EEPROM data are not read (the short circuit seems to work) but after release the short circuit and go back to stand by mode, the TV does not entry into service mode after sequence Info, Settings, Mute, POwer.
