Here in Brazil, Samsung blocked the Samsung TV Plus application for 2016 (K series) and 2017 (M series) TVs.
The App is only available for Samsung models 2018 to 2020.
But accessing USA Samsung website, I could see the Samsung TV Plus application is available starting from the 2016 models (K series) that includes my TV (KS7000 Brazilian model - same KS8000 in the USA).
Accessing the service menu, I could see TV Plus Support option in the engineer menu.
I tried to turn it on, but this setting is not being saved and always returns to off when I leave the service menu.
Can anyone help?
