All the time is some kind of buffer, even though the channels are working normally.
I found out that some update has been made to the TV and has been updated by the household, since this buffer is running, unfortunately after restarting the TV continues to occur.I wrote to the application developer and told me can return my money and nothing changed in the application, just enough..
