Hi all,

I just purchased this TV and am having issues with bluetooth. First some details;
Model: UA49KU7350
Software Version: T-JZL6UABC-1168.3
Default Region (Service Menu): Africa_DTV (I only have options for South American and African countries)
Region set in Software: South Africa (I tried UK and USA and neither fixed my BT problems)

I've managed to get into the service menu and under Engineer options BT is ON, however under MRT options BT Address Status is Not Supported.

I can't access my Wireless Media Manager option under sound options therefore I can't output the TV's audio via BT.

My sound system has only BT and RCA for input but the TV has only Toslink for audio out.

How else can I get BT to work?

Also, very disappointed that this TV has no SoundShare or Sound Connect option. So I can't even use that option to connect to my sound system (MX-JS5500).

My TV is a 49K6500 and I have the option:

Menu > Sound > Select Speaker > Audio BT

Hi, sorry that was a typo, It's definitely the UA49KU7350.

Unfortunately, I've been told by Samsung South Africa that Bluetooth is a region specific feature and some models released here will not have Bluetooth.
