ruSamsungTVCommunicator I do not get to connect with tv. If it detects the IP address. I have disabled firewalls. TV Samsung connected by Wifi with fixed ip. It's compatible with Serie H?

No, protocol has changed on H. Anyway using ruSTVC to send FACTORY+3SPEED (which was your goal I guess) is not possible anymore from E early firmwares, as clearly said in Wiki.

Thanks for the info. If I wanted to send FACTORY+3SPEED but I can not use smartphone. I have no IR.
There are some other possible way send FACTORY+3SPEED?
