40f6510 region cannot change HELP

Hi guys,
i have ua40f6510ar tv with latest firmware 2139 . before update firmware i go to setup and with mute -return-vup-cup-mute combination i changed region . so after update i want to change it again but it didnt work. when ever i press return it returns back to tv .
i made my research lot and i try mute-vup-cup-mute , ff-289-rw and many things ...
my netflix is not working now. whenever i click it first it goes to black screen and put me on tv again. please somebody help
