Probably you could use but don't know about whats needed to run Skype on C650. I think I needed to buy C series soon.

FYI: on my Tv is skype as native arm elf binary an is somehow crypted ,dont know if is portable :/

If anyone can point me in the direction of where widgets are stored, I can then download the Skype files and put them on the forum. I found the Skype config.xml in /mtd_rwcommon/widgets/Normal/16101000001 but it only contains this information which doesn't look too useful:
