of course i blocked update very very correctly. i don't have internet connection .
That's very good. What fw version do you have ? :)
I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)
If you want me to help you please paste FULL log(s) to "spoiler"/"code" bbcodes or provide link(s) to pasted file(s) on http://ctrlv.it/ Otherwise "NO HELP"!!!
If you want root DISABLE internet access to your device!!!!
DO NOT EVER INSTALL FIRMWARE UPGRADE !!!!

I tried that method, but the app is removed when the TV is restarted.
NORMAL when NOT correctly blocked on router :)
I blocked these ones:
msecnd.net
samsungotn.net
otn.samsungcloudcdn.com
samsungcloudsolution.net

Am I missing something ?

Hi there,
I know, that it seems To be kind of a secret what functions the root will enable. Can you give me anyway hint, wether it will be possible to get the K series functions working on the j series (js8590), like HDR+ or HDR10+ in the future? 🙂 Thanks a lot!
