I have a 2018 Samsung tv model QE65Q7FNATXXH and the ethernet speed is 10/100
I would like to know if it possible to upgrade the inner ethernet card through service menu so it become gigabit (10/100/1000)
if its not possible that then is it faster to stream through wifi or 10/100 ethernet is the same or better?

No, you cant set 100Mbps internal hardware to 1000Gbps. No such settings exist at all there.
