Disabled HTTP 1.1 Access to forum

Disabled HTTP 1.1 Access to forum

Due high web crawler demand by crawlers and bots, I disable HTTP 1.1 access to site.
You can now only able to see our forum with HTTP 2.0 supported browsers.
