"all extensions" pack doesn't cover all of those :) There is small naming problem on Arris69 package name.
It's better to call that "SamyGO Expansion Pack" if you mean that...

If you want better busybox, you can both update the firmware (which is dangerous if your model is T2P but T2W).
Safer way to do that using "mount --bind" approach.

Wiki pages has some articles how to make those.
For samba, you can use SamyGo All extensions pack. It also have ftp server on latest versions.
For PVR you needed to download another application.
And you don't needed to update "kernel".

It's better to read wiki page before bricking TV or it might be too late...

Yes, problem is newbies don't wanted to fill wiki pages after they learn information from here.
We don't understand from n00b language. So it's better to fix/edit/add information where it necessary until you became elite.
Because when you became elite, this information comes to you as easy as possible...

So wanted wiki rights? I already add you to wiki editor permissions and want you pay your return via editing it, for other noobs.

I think Playing with Firmware Images and SamyGO Firmware Patcher wiki pages has information what you are searching. At least you can understand firmware images structure.

Also rooting your TV will help you. But first you needed to search on google for some "Bash tutorials".
Since TV has linux inside, if you know linux, it's dead simple to play with it...

If you stuck anywhere, feel free to post here.
