I don't think if it's problem with MKV but HIGH@5.1.
Does internal chip support that profile? Actually I don't know.

My TV also won't play video files with HIGH@L5.1. I think it doesn't support it!

I think that is hardware problem instead of sw. TV uses DSP chip to decompose h264 and guess that chip does not support high@5.1 profiles.
Nothing to do.
