Some of your list is possible on both B and C series with our hacks.*
*You can mount ISO and DVDs (currently available on B series) but you can't decrypt it's content if they are encrypted due slow CPU power.
*It's possible to port/use torrent applications on TV, also available on B series. Don't remember if they work on C series but it's easy to port it.
*More capable media player does not quite possible.
*Don't understand about "mipsel EMU, DVB-API support, local softcam or network CS"...
