Your TV is not using T-CHEAUSC, which 1012.3 version supported.
Instead your TV is T-CHE5IBRC and it's reported that 1009.1 compatible with SamyGO. Not other versions.

So It's bad to update your firmware with latest version... You have to revert it back.

You could try samygo with original firmware first. If you do not get PVR and other stuff working, you do not get it after you patch firmware too.
Patcher does not make anything that allows your TV support samygo. It makes some stuff what samygo separate games do.

This message appears if patcher does not find string "#Remove engine logging.". it could be you`re trying to patch already patched firmware or here isn`t any string to patch. It could be, this firmware is to patch in other way, but here Erdem could explane you better as i could.

You answered to your question. Upgrade TV with non patched (original) 1009.1 firmware from samsung and try run PVR or NetSurf.

I don't think if you could enable telnet with firmware patcher. It doesn't add telnet command to required files.
Also you needed to apply patch on linux or MacOSX. Windows has problems with compressed flash images and I think your TV doesn't accept your Firmware because of this...
Firmware Patcher doesn't enable telnet for your firmware also. At least for current version. You needed to add required line by yourself.
Flashing 1011 is not good idea.
Don't know how to help you. USB channel hack might enable telnet.
Or flashing with "Proper" firmware could enable telnet also, but could you revert 1005 again?
