D6500 3D Resolution NOT FULL HD

Does your TV box has Full HD 3D icon on it?
I believe it does, than you could use your rights due Consumer Rights Law at your country.
There is no fix available. Just read our country Consumer Rights Law, than contact with your shop.

let me know how u go on at comet i had mine from there 2 months ago and they wont change it or admit there is a problem even though i have shown them the problem, They just say it out of there hands and i need to contact head office whichi have done but got no where with them, they are adament the tv is right.

It is difficult to say there is an industry standard for FHD 3D today. Therefore, the definitions used by different
manufacturers, magazines and testing authorities often differ. The minimum threshold for a FHD 3D for
Samsung, is whether the device can display 1080 lines, and our 6 series can display 1080 lines.
