Yes, you can upgrade normal way or using OTN.
I hear about picture quality on preFEB firmware, but this is not related to FFB, but to firmware used. One of users reported about that also. Installing 1018 changed this back.

T-CHE7AUC-1018 is restricted "postFEB" firmware, so you can`t use samygo on it.

No, this is firmware for T-CHLCIPDEUC.

...and when i have 3000.0 firm back on board, can i replace it with a patched one or i must only use applications from game dir?

You can upgrade your TV with patched T-CHUCIPDEUC firmware (but not using FFB!)

13. It is recommended to use normal firmware upgrade procedure (from TV menu-help-software upgrade) to delete post-FEB firmware from TV forever.
so with normal upgrade procedure is possible to install from USB the same 3000.0 firmware that i just have installed with FFB?

AFter you downgrade firmware, you be able to install (same if you want) firmware using menu-help-software upgrade-by usb...
