No idea. But both will work. Also one from d6500.

Yes, sure, it has 2D->3D, browser, skype, BUT no HD3D! Also DVB-S2 exists on D6750 model (might other too - check specifications).

I think you also use simple ExLink cable without any ttl interface... Lucky :)

I don't know if it is relevant or not, but I just purchased a UN46D6050 (manufactured November 2011), and it has the 3.5mm ExLink jack on the back of the TV next to the LAN (externally labeled, as I've not taken my TV apart heh)

As to if the VGA also has communication ability, I don't know since I don't have the cable for either method, but I was reading the thread and thought it having the ExLink was worth mentioning.

I can try to make a 3.5mm-COM ExLink cable, tapping into the motherboard's OnBoard COM header (since I've never even owned a COM cable to sacrifice lol), but I'm not sure if I'd be much help :P I've read a bunch of pages on the Wiki, even the seemingly less documented "SamyGO for Dummies" page  Still feels perhaps a bit out of my league though. I'll inevitably give it a go of course, since I'll be wanting to find a way to get standard TV mode to function like Game Mode does, so I can have the judder-free picture AND not lose the audio options (like SRS) :| All in due time, and for another thread. Let me know and I'll provide what I can :)
