I just want to say, your TV is CI+ and you really need to downgrade your firmware to T-CHUCIPDEUC-3000.0 first to be able to install patched firmware.
Here is no guidelines how to downgrade firmware, this procedure is really dangerous and is not 100% known how to do that...
About 1. question: If you have telnet, you can copy game to TV over console
About 2. As we dont recommend to patch and use postFeB (latest) firmwares, here is no other way, just downgrade.
About 3. If you have telnet, everything could be done over telnet, but if brick, then no emergency solution - ExLink wont help also no u-boot access on CI+ models.
