Seems your appext isn`t mounted well (upgrade errors?). If you have exlink cable, then please give the log.
Try to make firmware upgrade once more with very latest firmware or over OTN, i hope this solve problems. (you can use ruSTVC to controll your TV over network, but can be TV don`t responds to it too...).
