HDMI Anynet+ CEC compatibility

Post by mutt »

Hi people (hope i'm writing in the right place)

I need an info
I've got a UE40B7000WW (firmware 3001.2). Yesterday i've bought a soundbar sharp ht-sl50, compatible on tv with hdmi-cec. And only yesterday i discovered that anynet+ is compatible only with samsung devices.

Must i use a flame thrower agaist them or does a samygo firmware wich resolve this problem exist?

Many thanks (and sorry for my english :) )

SamyGO is not firmware, it`s just set of patches and extensions.
Here is any patch which could solve your cec problem.

:(

Ok, anyway thanks a lot.

(i read here about people who have sound system no-samsung connected. Is it possible? my ht-sl50 switches on when i turn on the tv but doesn't work and in anynet+ menu, when i refresh during the bar going on appear "Audio System", and after I press ok it says "no device" in list)

I suggest you return the sharp soundbar while you still can (30 days money back, right?), and try to find some other that really works with the TV.
