Firmware downgrade, Error 800?

Hi,

In the attempt to downgrade the firmware, comes the error "800" Why?

Done so in the instructions is!

have the Samsung ES6300 TV

have made it so like in the instructions described in the forum!

With a Blu-ray player, it has indeed worked well!

What information is still needed?
