It's not very clear what exactly are you trying to achieve.. If I understand correctly, your TV got bricked during unsuccessful firmware upgrade, right?
Is it a complete brick (no picture etc.), or do you still have access to service menu - if yes, there seems to be an option for forcing USB firmware upgrade from service menu, it's mentioned in the service manual (http://elektrotanya.com/samsung_le32-37 ... nload.html).

This is (most probably, I'm not 100% sure) MediaTek MT8226 based unit, and it probably doesn't have very useful serial console to speak of (there is no linux onboard this model). To access serial console (if any) you will probably have to set RS232 port to 115200 baud, and maybe alter some settings in the service menu too, like "Control -> Uart select" and "Control -> Service select" (warning: possibly dangerous!!!).

Also, there is good chance emergency upgrade may be possible via RS232 port for MT8226 based models, see http://www.avforums.com/forums/15270244-post4.html. Also dangerous, and quite poorly documented procedure..

I have a slightly different model (LE32A551P2R), which I use as PC monitor - but I never attempted to hack it in any meaningful way, there was simply not very much to gain. AFAIRC, if you want to have look what exactly is inside the firmware, you can extract it's contents with MtkExtract (http://newage.mpeg4-players.info/mt1389 ... tools.html).

Hello
Thanks for the answer. My LCD is unfortunately a complete brick (no picture, etc.), and I can not get to the service menu for this to ask for. I do not want to get run my LCD hacking but only again.
MT8226 is right, I'll try.

Well! Could you please make some short how-to about your unbricking? Thanks! :)

I've loaded MtkTool (http://www.avforums.com/forums/15270244-post4.html) down after that I have downloaded on Samsung.com the original firmware.
MtkTools'm open and load the unzipped firmware file selected. Then simply click Upgrade and wait until it is finished. When it is done manually reboot Samsung (plug pull out).
